An X "fkn" Twitter user explained how the Advertising Regulatory Council Of Nigeria (ARCON), sanctioned the Advertising Practitioners Council (APCON), for allow #AllEyesOnTheJudiciary billboard across the country, She also thank David Hundeyin for exposing the Advertising Regulatory Council Of Nigeria (ARCON) of how they approved the ads and sent an approval letter to Advertising Practitioners Council (APCON) after a fee of one hundred and seventy five thousand naira being paid to them to accelerate the vetting process.
